Join us on November 25th from 9:30AM-12:30PM to build cages around young trees at Winters Putah Creek Nature Park! Caging protects our young native trees from potentially fatal wildlife damage. This is a collaborative project between Putah Creek Council and the Solano County Water Agency.
Please wear sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a reusable water bottle. All necessary equipment, water, and snacks will be provided. No experience is necessary, we will teach you! Please note that this is a public event, but it is recommended that attendees be ages 15 or older due to the caging materials.
Please do not attend any PCC volunteer event if you have had a COVID-19 exposure or are experiencing any COVID or cold/flu symptoms. For any questions about this event please contact Maddie Galal (maddie@putahcreekcouncil.org).
